Through proactive engagement our Outreach Team help youth navigate challenges and access the support they need.
iHuman’s Outreach Program is our first point of contact for many of the at-risk youth we serve. This program is a critical lifeline, offering immediate support and a pathway to other services within our doors.
Outreach provides acceptance and care while building relationships and engaging youth, empowering them through opportunities that build trust.
iHuman’s Outreach Team emphasize the importance of youth’s ability to make decisions and have control over their lives while providing both practical and motivational support.
Using a systematic and collaborative approach, Outreach will map available resources and identify challenges.
By working closely with various partners and stakeholders, Outreach ensures a comprehensive understanding of the needs and barriers affecting at-risk youth. This approach enables the development of tailored strategies that bridge gaps in support services, fostering a more connected and resilient network of care for marginalized individuals.
