The iSucceed program is designed to meet the immediate needs of at-risk youth in the Edmonton Community by providing barrier-free, essential supports and resources that help youth overcome the complex socio-economic challenges they face.

Wrap Around Services

iSucceed offers comprehensive wrap-around services that address the unique challenges faced by at-risk youth. From accessing mental health support to stable housing referrals, our holistic approach ensures that youth have the resources they need to build a strong foundation for their future, promoting overall well-being and stability.

The Power of Mentorship in Youth Success

Through mentorship, iSucceed connects youth with positive role models who provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice. These relationships help youth navigate personal challenges, fostering resilience, confidence and growth as they pursue their goals. Mentorship is crucial for at-risk youth as it provides a trusted support system, offering insight and wisdom that can inspire and empower them to make informed choices and realize their potential.

Through a dynamic blend of  mental health supports, essential life skills training , and creative expression, iHuman’s approach empowers at-risk youth not just to navigate their challenges, but to rise above them and thrive.

Outreach Services

Through Trauma Informed approaches our Registered Social Workers collaborate with the entire iHuman team to provide wrap around services that meet the immediate needs of at-risk youth. Youth are connected to and engaged in supports that help identify and develop sustainable resources and tools to empower personal growth and development. Our Registered Social Workers work to provide teachings that support youth in finding identity, self-worth, purpose and belonging through self-identified gaps and goals.

LiNKS

LiNKS Mental Health at iHuman Youth Society offers a safe, creative space where youth can express themselves and heal while receiving comprehensive mental health support. Integrated with nurse practitioner-led primary health care services, LiNKS offers a safe, creative space where youth can express themselves while receiving mental health support and access to essential health and dental care, helping them on their journey toward ental wellness and holistic well-being.

Soul Kitchen

iHuman's Soul Food Kitchen ensures that every youth who walks through our doors receives a nourishing meal. Prepared daily with care, these meals are not only about feeding the body but also about fostering a sense of community, warmth, and support for at-risk youth, helping them feel safe and cared for as they navigate their personal challenges.

Family Programs

iHuman's Family Program provides vital support by promoting relevant knowledge that helps foster healthy attachments and maintain intact family units. By empowering youth and families with the tools to build confidence and independence, the program also supports their ability to navigate complex social systems. This holistic approach encourages resilience and strengthens the bonds that contribute to long-term family well-being.
