Mental Health Counselling and Art Therapy at the iHuman Youth Society LiNKS Clinic

At the heart of LiNKS is our dedicated mental health counseling team, which provides a safe and supportive environment for marginalized youth to explore their experiences, emotions and challenges. Our counselors utilize a trauma-informed approach, offering personalized strategies that promote healing and growth.

In addition to traditional counseling, LiNKS integrates art therapy as a powerful tool for self-expression and emotional release. Through creative mediums like painting, drawing, and other forms of artistic expression, youth are encouraged to process trauma and communicate their feelings in ways that words may not fully capture.

Whether through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, or crisis intervention, our conseling services – enhanced by art therapy – help youth develop coping mechanisms, build resilience, and move toward a brighter, more stable future.
